Privacy Policy Last updated: August 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Bunly (“Bunly,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Bunly iOS app, an anxiety and panic companion (the character is also called Bondly).

Bunly is not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, or emergency services. If you are in danger, call your local emergency number. In the United States and Canada you can call or text 988.

  1. Who this applies to You must be at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
  2. Information we collect Account. When you sign in with Apple or Google we receive a user ID and, if you allow it, your name, email address, and profile photo URL. Profile you give us. First name, birthday, pronouns, and answers about panic, stress, and what you want help with. Companion content. Check-ins, panic sessions, notes, thanks, widget lines, and similar writing you add in the app. Purchases. Subscription status and App Store transaction identifiers, processed by Apple and RevenueCat. We never see your full payment card number. Device and notifications. An Apple Push Notification token if you allow notifications, plus basic app diagnostics (for example that a sign-in failed). On-device storage. Most companion memory lives on your iPhone.
  3. How we use information To create and keep your account. To personalize the companion (your name, plan, and widgets). To provide subscriptions and restore purchases. To send check-in notifications if you ask for them. To operate, secure, and fix the app.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your notes or check-ins to train public AI models. We do not show third-party advertising in the app today.

  1. Who we share with Apple — Sign in with Apple, App Store billing, and push notifications. Google — only if you choose Google sign-in. Firebase (Google) — authentication and a small user profile record (name, email, last sign-in). RevenueCat — subscription status so the app can unlock Bunly Pro.

These providers process data to run their services. We do not share your notes or check-ins with advertisers.

  1. Retention We keep account data until you delete your account. Then we delete the Firebase profile we control. Some copies may remain briefly in backups. Apple keeps purchase records as required by Apple. Content stored only on your iPhone is removed when you delete your account in the app, or when you delete the app.
  2. Your choices Sign out in You → Account. Delete your account in You → Account. That removes the account we control and the companion data on this iPhone. It does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Turn off notifications in iPhone Settings. Request a copy of the account data we hold by emailing [email protected].
  3. Health-related information Check-ins, panic tools, and onboarding answers may be considered health-related. We use them only to run the companion for you. We do not use them for advertising.
  4. Security We use HTTPS and established providers (including Firebase). No method of transmission is completely secure.
  5. International If you use Bunly from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States, where our providers operate.
  6. Changes We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change. If you keep using Bunly after an update, you accept the new policy.
  7. Contact [email protected] You can also delete your data from Account in the You tab.
